2. Subscriptions & Billing Terms

• Recurring Billing: Enrollment is a recurring monthly subscription of $49.00/month, billed automatically to your payment method on file each month until cancelled.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel anytime with one click inside your account — no questions asked. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of your current paid period.
• Ascension Rollover Credit: 100% of all $49 monthly payments you make roll over as a direct credit toward our full $1,997 Done-For-You practice buildout when you choose to upgrade.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All worksheets, scripts, recordings, templates, and resources provided on this platform are the sole intellectual property of Leverage & Grow.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal professional use within your own practice.
• You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share any materials.

4. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

We make every effort to accurately represent our program and its potential. Results vary by individual and depend on personal effort, experience, market conditions, and implementation. We do not guarantee specific financial, clinical, or other outcomes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leverage & Grow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our website, materials, software, or services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
